For all prices and products, Ma Labs reserves the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. Ma Labs is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice.

All orders are subject to Ma Labs' Terms & Conditions.The terms and conditions of purchase and sale of Ma Labs product line are set forth on the Customer invoice and in the "Terms & Conditions" section of this website incorporated herein by reference.

Trademark and Copyright

"Ma Labs," the "Ma Labs, Inc." logo, and other Ma Labs logos (the "Ma Labs Marks") are trademarks of Ma Laboratories, Inc. ("Ma Labs"). Without Ma Labs' prior written permission, you agree not to display, copy, or use in any manner, any of the Ma Labs Marks. You further agree that the original content and images ("the Content") contained in the Ma Labs website, www.malabs.com, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other intellectual property rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by Ma Labs you agree not to use, copy, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, transfer, distribute or create derivative works based on the Ma Labs Marks and the Content, in whole or in part.

All other trademarks are the property of their respective companies.

Compliance With U.S. Export Control Laws

The export and re-export of all hardware and software products that we sell are controlled by the United States Export Administration Regulations, and such products may not be exported or re-exported to Cuba; Iran; Iraq; Libya; North Korea; Sudan; or Syria; or any country to which the United States embargoes goods. In addition; our products may not be distributed to persons or entities on the Table of Denial Orders; the Entity List; or the List of Specially Designated Nationals, or as otherwise may be prohibited or restricted by the U.S. Dept. of Commerce, Bureau of Industry Security, or the U.S. Dept of State, OFAC.

In opening an account with us, and by purchasing or using any of our products, you are certifying that you agree to these controls as a term and condition of sale of our products to you; that you are not a national of Cuba; Iran; Iraq; Libya; North Korea; Sudan; or Syria or any country to which the United States embargoes goods; that you are not a person on the Table of Denial Orders; the Entity List; or the List of Specially Designated Nationals; and that you will not export or re-export any of our products to any such country, persons or entities.

Diversion contrary to U.S. law is strictly prohibited.

Price Quotation

Unless otherwise indicated, all price quotes are based on a cash discount offered to all buyers for payment by cash or check as permitted by law.
