The Ma Labs Tech Fair 2009 Event is the first Ma Labs sponsored technology reseller event that Ma Labs will be exclusively hosting. At no cost to the resellers, this event combines the elements of learning, fun, and entertainment in a face-to-face interaction with our manufacturer partners, resellers, and Ma Labs employees. It is a one day event divided into an Afternoon Vendor Technology Seminars and an Evening Partner Tech Fair showcase where resellers can learn about new technologies, win great raffle prizes, meet friends in the industry, make new business acquaintances, and create new business opportunities. We encourage you, our reseller, to bring your customers and employees since this is an event dedicated just for you. Please make sure to register each attendee in order to properly generate their respective badge IDs. |

Are we allowed to bring children to the event? |
|
|
| |
Due to safety concerns and limitations posed by hosting this event, no attendee will be allowed to bring any guest under the age of 18. Because of this, no childcare services will be provided. In the event that an attendee brings a minor to the event, we will unfortunately be compelled to refuse entry of this attendee. Strict adherence to this policy will be greatly appreciated to avoid unnecessary incidents of having to turn down entry of attendees at the event. |

To ensure a successful event experience, participating in all our fun activities is what we highly recommend. The evening will be filled with activities where you will earn more opportunities to earn more raffle tickets for a chance to win one or more of our General and Grand prizes. You can earn Raffle tickets throughout the evening, such as:
Treasure Hunt – Visit our sponsor tables, engage with them, and be sure to have your “Treasure Hunt” card stamped. If you have your card stamped from at least 75% of our participating sponsors, you will be able to redeem your stamped “Treasure Hunt” card at our Ma Labs Redemption Table to receive a Grand Prize Raffle Ticket for a chance to enter into the Grand Prize Raffle!
